All products delivery refer only to areas inside the natural borders of Greece with our collaborating delivery company (and theirs collaborators) or our collaborating courier company.

The most products you see on www.viotexniaprokopakis.gr  are available and usually sent within 1-3 working days after the payment is displayed. In case the order concerns products that need to be manufactured, they will be sent to you after the completion of their construction, and after you have been informed about the delivery time.

All shipments of orders are made free of charge within the city of Heraklion. Otherwise, there will be a corresponding shipping charge for the shipment to the place of delivery of the buyer. The amount of the charge depends on the pricing policy of the transport company, regarding the location of shipment, the volume and the weight of the product.

For distances over 20km from the location of the courier company and for some remoted islands, you may have an extra charge.

Orders for immediately available products are usually shipped in 1-3 business days. For special orders these will be sent after the completion of their construction. In case your order can not be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to proceed with it.
